I love commenting on blogs. I just love reading blogs in my niches and markets to learn more. An added benefit is I can comment on many of them and get traffic to my blog AND a link.
But, what I really love, and I mean really love, is commenting on a blog that gives me a dofollow link to my website.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t comment just for the link. I comment because I have something to say in response to the blog post or another comment on the blog post.
I don’t restrict my blog commenting to blogs with a dofollow link, but I admit I look out for them and tend to comment more often on those blogs that offer dofollow links. After all, we all need a link SEO help now and again.

I do this as well because the cost is a pittance compared to the value I receive if it’s an excellent list or service. I could spend hours scouring the Internet to find blogs with dofollow enabled or simply pay some money and get hundreds of blog commenting opportunities.
My recommendation is to subscribe to a service that offers fresh lists monthly. Old lists are usually outdated and are not very good (in my experience).
