3. The company must have innovative products. Innovation is the key to success in the 21st century. The sad truth is that most network marketing companies have very poor innovation. The products are really just an excuse for money to exchange hands. You want to market a product that people truly WANT! If you choose a company based on these three factors you will do well. Everything else is really not that important. What’s funny is that so many people pitch others based on the compensation plan. Or what good is a great comp plan without innovative products where you can actually produce volume to be paid on?

Don’t buy into the smoke and mirrors game with compensation plans. If a company pays out around 40% and their plan has been tested to work then that’s all you need to know.
